Amazing organization. The first home visit from a nurse to assess my husband’s situation and needs plus sign all the paperwork. We had a team of 4, a nurse, OT, PT & a speech therapist coming 1x/ week for 8 weeks. We felt supported and through the transition of building back my husband’s strength. Highly recommended.
No longer need your service please opt me out of everything. I have a care team that takes care of everything that is needed.
All the people were so very nice and professional. I really enjoyed having them here. Made me stronger. Thank you
