I should honestly give this place a 0 or a 1 if I could, but I still want to respect the position that taking care of people isn't easy. With that said, my mother actually needed homecare several months ago for an open wound on her foot. Her doctor is the one who said these people would be good. Because of her relation with her doctors at Kaiser, she said okay. Right out of the gate... I couldn't even have a conversation with the person on the phone. She kept cutting me off while I was explaining my family member's needs. I wasn't on the phone for more than 3 minutes while I was explaining what I'm looking for, when she abruptly announces "Good Luck to you,". ....Huh?! HOW RUDE! If your phone service is this lousy, I can just imagine what you have on the front line. Thumbs down!
