RecommendedI seen Kayla a few days ago for an SNS mani and an eyevrow wax. She was amazing!
I had Lily and she was AMAZING!! She did a great job, my pedicure was the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint was that the massage chair didn’t work but it’s not a big deal to me. The place was clean, I was offered water, Lily made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back!

Lana do has excellent customer service and she aims to please I've never had a bad experience with her I love her
They take care of you. They give you a bottle of water and take walk ins until closing. They don’t cut off walk ins an hour before closing like some salons.

Just saying Cincinnati friends, Ambiance Nail Salon -Hyde Park is not for me. Rude and aggressive nail tech yelled at me for not being clear. How can I be clear if you never asked me how I like my nails to begin with. Won’t be going back ever. Service starts with a smile. No smile, no care, just Yap Yap Yap. Horrible experience and made to feel bad when all I wanted was a manicure.
