My experience at Ambiance Salon was amazing. The whole staff was so nice and treated me with genuine care ! Very nice experience,
The owner Dorinda which a friend recommend was very rude and could care less about new future clients. I arrived at my appointment at 10:14 a.m to get my girls hair done. The owner didn't remember booking the appointment and then informed me she "DON'T DO CHILDREN HAIR! Never did this lady inform me of this over the phone. Needless to say she claims she will address I guess her receptionist Amani about booking a appointment under her name..smh a day before Easter and last minute bullshit!
