We had a salesman come to our house and he was very high pressure. He sent us several Docusign documents and encouraged us to sign just as a routine to get the *********** process going to see if we "qualified" for the program. He told us we could stop and back out at any time. After doing research we called him to cancel the project. He tried very hard for us to put the "project on hold". ***** and **** were very friendly, explained the process regarding solar for the home. Went into detail regarding the process, answered all questions, and explained future expectations regarding both parties. No down payments, no loan applications, no money up front.
