This place is an absolute joke. Horrible management -- they jerked me around.
I like this granted there a big bug issue....but like it here staff super freindly and i haven't no criminal issue
Terrible, wost customer service I have ever had. Hidden fee's that add up to 200 a month. Just terrible, please don't come here.
Leasing staff and Kelly are very nice. I have first hand knowledge of other Apartment complex's and how they are run and kept-ed up. From what I have experienced in one year here at Amberly, is that it is run fairly well. For those how think the rent is too high, its Tampa Palms, its a high rent area. I have a 0ne bed room and pay total $850, that is excellent for this area. Anyway nothing is perfect, but my experience at Amberly has been positive.
The staff does give 24 hour notice when they are going to shut off the water. They put notices on the doors. The only issue I have is the garbage pick up
