No apartment complex will ever be perfect. This one was close. Really only had two annoyances. The first is parking. If you come home after 9pm, you're screwed. Secondly, it is very rare for the leasing office to answer their phones. I usually have to call 3 or 4 times before someone answers. The best part about this complex? MAINTENANCE! I have never had maintenance this efficient ever. They are amazing and so friendly. Only stayed here a year, but never had any major issues.
Honestly the only thing bad about this place is the fact that the gates do not work. I do not understand why but that is the only issue I have come across. Maintenance comes very quickly after requested, usually under 24 hours. They fix anything that I ask them to do.. Even unclog my shower drain. The staff in the welcome center are always pleasant and have come to know my roommate and I by name, which is nice. The location is wonderful. Beware this place! Even google reviews are horrible. They're just in it for the money! Do your research the only people that have nice things to say in reviews are people who work for the apartment complex. Place is a scam.
q punctuation not give because the apartment is great. but anyone can enter and leave without problems. The only place that is clean and nice are the nearby office buildings. which is not the problem q have to limpar the rest of the area by q all pay the same. and q really want to finish my contract to go. It is the dirtiest place of the area. I did my paperwork for internet but the reality is q only clean the area of the offices to q we put outside that area have paid for q other Vacuum and beauty.
Moved in about a year ago. Was told I would be given the model I was shown and when I moved in, my apartment was disgusting. Dirty carpets, old and deteriorating cabinetry and counters, mold in my laundry area. Valet trash almost never gets picked up even though I pay $35 a month for it so instead I have to clean up after the raccoons. My porch almost caved in after I put in maintenance requests. No lighting walking up to my apartment in the preserve so every time I go home at night I'm scared to death. Also tried to charge ... read more
Horrible communication!!! The whole time I lived there, there was horrible communication. I moved out over a year ago and paid a cleaning fee (forgot to clean the oven), the check had cleared the bank (I have proof) and they sent me to collections. They never called or emailed ...never sent a letter to my new address ( which I know they have, because they sent the cleaning fee bill there). They just sent me to collections.
