Trying to move out on our agreed end-of-lease date and they are threatening to charge us $3000
There's dog poop right outside my door almost every day. People who live here and let their pets defecate right outside other people's homes have got to be quite disgusting. What is more disgusting is that Amberly Place Apartments allows such people to live here who have zero respect for their neighbors. Can't wait for my lease to get over.
Verified criminals living next door. we saw him on the news. Imagine the joy seeing a neighbor in the news for grand theft. This apartment complex looks innocent but the side and back apartments are havens for human roaches. They hide out here with their stolen plates and their drug dens. Why are our mail boxes being broken into and pried open almost daily!? How does Amberly not notice the boxes completely destroyed? Why do your associates not even notice? Expensive and the most ghetto complex I’ve ever lived in. Several times during my year living there the SWAT team was called and I was unable to go into my house for hours. My neighbors had a weird domestic situation and called the cops regularly to have them diffuse whatever the hell was going on. The other neighbors would fight in the parking lot in their pajamas. Stop closing out maintenance requests when you know the work has not been completed.

i lived here my first year in US... they were THE ONLY ONES that took me serious and without credit history and all that, the staff was amazing, i never had problems about that, our apartment was big. at that time there was a problem with dogs poop, but its not amberly faut is more OWNER problem for letting his dog poop on floor. we loved this place very much
