1 star because I didn't have the option of putting 0 stars. My sister is in this place right now after having broken her hip. She's been there 4 days & only recieved physical therapy once! They don't anser the call button. Her first night there they left her bathroom door open with the light on. Her bed is straight across from the bathroom. They didn't respond all night long to her purshing the call button numerous times so she called them from her phone, no answer. She has only encountered 2 good nurses there.
