i dont know what everyone hates about this place Sure, it's not gorgeous but I've found everyone to be friendly. The doctor is quiet and not much for small talk but I've found him to be really knowledgeable. I also like that they don't charge for a vet visit just to come in and get vaccines or pet travel certificates for airlines like some vets do. They've never overcharged me and I've never gone there for anything complicated but for vaccines and regular checkups, or travel health certificates they've been great.
Horrible place, dirty, cold staff and doctors, bad customer service I had my cat hospitalized at this place for two days and I could not wait to get him home! It stinks like dogs, no care or support from staff or doctor.
Strongly Recommend They really give him comprehensive care and love -- I know they are with me in wanting him to be the healthiest goldendoodle he can be. I can't say enough good things about them!
Recommend My dog, Sandy, was involved in a terrible car accident and I didn't know where to turn. Ambassador Dog & Cat Hospital was recommended to me by a friend. Their hours are so accommodating that I was able to rush Sandy in and they were able to take care of her using the latest technology. The situation was difficult, but I was able to sleep a little easier knowing that she was in the hands of their capable staff. I'm happy to say that Sandy is home and well now! Thanks, guys!
Staff is not friendly, prices reasonable This hospital has reasonable prices (low-cost vaccinations on Saturdays), but the reception staff is kind of rude and not very willing to answer questions of worried and concerned pet owners. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Impeccable Service! A++ I found a kitten out in my yard and began taking care of it. She was staying skinny and always using the bathroom no matter how much I tried to feed her. Finally I was afraid enough for her health that I called up the vet. When I brought my cat in, along with a stool sample, they were able to evaluate and diagnose her. horrific, awful service - no care at all for your animal's health i can't even begin to describe how awful the service is at this place. i wish i could take back my decision to take my cat here. they performed surgery on my cat and handed her back to me expecting me to just leave and have no questions. tests were run, stitches still needed to be taken out. if we didn't ask them questions, they would have handed our cat over to us and let us go home without any information. i was not told when i would know the test results. i... read more
