We have always been happy with the professional service, prompt and perfect service. Along with that, Fernando is an amazing human and geek in all things insects, rodents etc. He gives us insights and management tips every time. In this age of google and AI, a human touch to a service that excels is unique and very welcoming.
I had Fernando and Duwad come out to my property to help me with a cockroach and ant problem. Both members of the Amazon team were very thorough, and took the time to explain me how to get the best results from their services. They even came out a second time as a follow up when the ants started sprouting from a different location. All resolved and very happy with their work. Thank you
I reached out on a Friday and was able to get my unit fumigated the following Tuesday. All communication was timely and helpful. The person who came out to my unit was also friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend!
