It's my one year anniversary and I've been very please with Amazon Cleaning! They're efficient and reliable for my 2 bed 2 bath condo.
Poor customer service - I do not recommend. I’ve used this cleaning company monthly for almost three years, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I’d be stepping out during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (the back door is a deadbolt and cannot be locked from inside). We have a 3,200 sqft home and they did a great job for a reasonable price.
Scheduled a deep cleaning to kick the summer off. Their team arrived on time, paid attention to the details and did a walk-through after to make sure I was satisfied.
I have had a great experience with Amazon Cleaning. It was a referral from a friend and I will definitely refer them to my friends now! When we come back home to a clean house, we all feel like we can breathe a little easier and we have a great relationship with the cleaning team.
