Ferndale needs to know about this hidden gem! I wish the shop had better signage, as it is really tucked away and difficult to notice if you're flying down 8 Mile. But the customer service is HUGE! Mike saved us on the evening before Christmas Eve as we were heading to Canada when our car battery inexplicably died at the gas station right next door. They hold my car more than five months to fix it and they got from my assurance $12,242.59 to fix a small damage in the back of my car. He had always a excuse to call again the adjuster and added something to get more money. And they also didn't fix all they said and wrote with the adjuster. It was a worse experience for me

This person is not the owner of the vehicle he claims that he owns the car we called the police and they told him to bring the owner that dropped the car to are shop . Please stop harassing our facility and leave it being negative reviews we will be contacting the court for harassment and abducting are business with negative reviews you are not the person that dropped off the vehicle to our facility you are not the person on the insurance paperwork so we suggest that you stop harassing us for the 5th time
He screwed up my car really bad and also my girlfriend's car. Horrible Experience. He has been sued many times.
