Amazing Hair Designer! Great Service! Friendly Atmosphere! – I highly recommend Deklynd Channing anyone looking for a hip, well designed hairstyle who doesn't want to have to decide for herself what the heck to do with her/his hair only to 'leave it to the professional' to decide. Love it – I normally dread getting my hair cut and bounce around between salons, but after my first experience with Brenda I knew I would never go anywhere else. She's a pleasure to spend an hour with and I'm always happy with my hair when I leave there, because she pays attention to what I want and knows what looks good. And my cuts always grow out really well.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!!! – This salon is, by far, the BEST Austin has to offer! Ava and her staff are friendly and have created an environment that keeps you coming back. I had been to MANY salons in Austin prior to visiting Amaz and had always had a mediocre experience. I was never thrilled with my hair or stylist and found myself in constant search of "the one". Best mood, best people, best services! – I love this salon! Everyone is respectful and attentive of you. Deklynd has been formulating my color for over 7 years now. He knows how to make my color appear very natural. His techniques are unique- and are what makes my highlights fall so natural in the style of my hair. He is wonderful! I highly recommend Deklynd, or ANY of the other wonderful and experienced stylists here- Ava (what a beautiful spirit!), Brenda , or Griffin to do your color or cut.
Best color and cut – Deklynd is by far the best colorist around. As a 40-ish redhead, my hair was getting darker and browner. His highlights have brought it back to how my color looked when I was in my teens. I get compliments all the time on my hair. And best of all no one knows that I color it - so I had to put in my two cents here so everyone will know how great Deklynd is. I've been going to him for over 8 years.
Warm,Inviting and Friendly Place!!! – Ava and her staff are so pleasant and down to earth that I found myself getting too comfortable! I must have talked their poor heads off ha ha. Deklynd Rules! – I have been getting my hair done by Deklynd for 10 years now and I can say without reservation that I am always very pleased with the end result. He is a master of highlights. I get raves from friends and family after every cut and color. I heartily recommend him as a creative and professional stylist.
Vivacious after 60! – I have been a client of Deklynd's for years on a referral from my daughter. Now my granddaughter sees him as well! Anone who can please three generations of women in style and color, never disappointing and always eliciting compliments, obviously is doing something right. Deklynd has truly spoiled me as I have gotten used to having people on a daily basis remark on my hair. The only thing that surpasses his talent is his sweetness!
I drive from Dallas just so Deklynd can do my hair! The results are that good! – When my company transferred me to Dallas the first thought was ?Who is going to do my hair??
