Took my husband in due to severe lower back pain. Within a few minutes of checking in they had him back in an exam room. We seen the nurse practitioner within minutes of the intake. After she listened to his complaints she order a urinary test and xray of his kidneys to check for stones. Shortly after she was back in with the results. Wrote Rx for antibiotics and pain. The wait was pretty long but overall the experience was very welcoming and the staff were extremely caring.
I love Amarillo Urgent Care! Dr Khan and his staff are always so kind and caring. I get in and out within an hour. They are very professional. Would highly recommend Amarillo Urgent Care.

Don't go there after 7:00 staff is rude, very unprofessional, will turn you down and make up excuses. We have excellent insurance. I guess theyshut down at 7:15 long story short we have to wait and go to express care.

Very friendly staff and I was in and out in about an hour. Waiting rooms are nicely equipped with TVs- makes the wait much easier! We took our sick 2-year-old there and the doctor was amazing at caring for him.

Go anywhere else! I'd only go here if I didn't have insurance, because this place is cheap as far as urgent care goes ($60 + 75% of tests/procedures for private pay), though clearly you get what you pay for. I went in on January 1st, and they said I hadn't met my deductible yet (not surprising as it was the first day of the new year). Because of this, I'd need to pay $120 (double the expense of private pay/no insurance) plus 75% of tests/procedures.
