Impressed with this facility -- pricing, cleanliness and location are great -- couldn't ask for nicer folks in the office!! Friendly and very helpful -- had some problems with our own personal storage lock, and they were there on the spot with a phone call to assist.
From the moment I stepped into the office i was treated very well and respectfully. The staff helped me in deciding what size unit to choose and informed me on how easy it would be to upgrade to a larger unit if needed. After only a few moments we were talking like we were old friends making a rough time for me much more comfortable. I highly recommend the Amarillo Storage Station.
This has been a very good place for storage. Our unit (at the Bushland facility) is in the temperature control section. Air conditioning and heating make it very comfortable whenever we need to place or remove items. Also, it has been very convenient since we live near Bushland.
Great staff. Very helpful. They helped me out in a time of big need and I can't thank them enough
