Our storage unit was broken into four days ago and no one will return our phone calls. DO NOT store your belongings here unless you want them stolen. The worst ever!

This facility has an amazing agent James who was helpful and was very well knowledgeable about the facility. My husband and I are vary glad we choose this facility because it’s close to where we want to live and James was so helpful. The facility was clean and organized and we love how we can get into the facility using a code we choose and have access to our balonging whevever we need / want them.
This is our second storage unit with this company. The staff is great and units are clean. I would recommend the Amarillo Storage Station to anyone.
Very affordable and clean. The manager was extremely helpful and answered several of my questions in a timely manner. Was a pleasure doing business with Storege One.
No customer service at all. Every time you try to get someone all you get is a recording. Had trouble with gate code and unit access after paying for unit. If you want a good storage company go anywhere else.
Friendly service and always there to help. We are moving our other rented storage here because their special this month is amazing. #savememoney #notimelikethepresent #dothisbeforeitstoohot!
