Very quick, thorough, and friendly. They are not just another blank faced clinician - they have personality and hold actual conversations with you. That goes further than you think it would. I recommend them highly.

My SO goes to STAT as his primary. He was there last week for flu symptoms while I waited at another urgent care expecting a 3 hour wait. They said they could get my daughter in right then. We showed up 45 minutes after they closed and they still got her in, took their time with her, and were thorough. My SO has nothing but good things to say about every visit there.
