My car requires repair work at Hyundai. It has been there for more than a month and there still no resolution. I have been promised on multiple times my car would be ready for pickup however still not ready for pickup. This has caused alot of inconvenience as this is my only vehicle that was running. Hyundai also did not offer loaner cars for taking so long to repair my car nor have they kept their word on timely follow-up and repair work. They conviently for them lost the We Owe You paperwork. The funny thing is I asked for a copy of it when I was in store and purchased the car and they said I was not allowed untill I received the finalized paperwork a few days later. Then they lost it and did not want to complete the work that was on it. Eventually after enough persistence and demanding they fixed the problems with the car they sold me. They really did not want to stand behind there vehicles. Would NEVER shop here again. It was a NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!
ZERO STARS. I brought my car in to be serviced at the end of May. They had no loaner cars available so we had to pay for a rental for over a week. I was finally told my car would be ready by end of day. My husband received a call, assuming it was that our car was ready, but instead that their service team crashed my car. I have been trying to resolve an issue with a refund check for over a month now, and the level of service has been extremely frustrating. Worst experience in 50 years of car buying. Bought a 2026 3.3 RWD yesterday. Unscrupulous procedures going on here. The dealers protection package ($1995) was not negotiable they say. That also comes with tinted windows. I said, well what if you don't want the tint as mine didn't have tint? The sales manager (****) says then you pay it and won't get tinted windows. $2000 for that?!!! I knew they were being shady, but I figured I had to pay a destination charge of $1450. I bought my son a new Palisade 3 months ago and he is yet to get his tags/ registration. His temp tags have expired. He continually gets the run-around along with multiple excuses, and nobody calls back. Its sad that a member of the military gets treated this way. The customer service is terrible at this dealership.

Please, LOVE YOURSELF and DO NOT PURCHASE HERE There is nothing on that car lot or in the building that is worth your time, safety, energy, peace, and hard earned money. Do not purchase unless you find a car that is worth the cost of all that.
