A terrible experience waiting 45 minutes for my first appointment and at least 20 minutes every time thereafter for a two minute appointment. Worst of all a medical assistant who could not answer basic questions about the program I was on. She was unwilling to ask and find out answers from the staff. When I complained they listened but nothing improved.
I have been going to Gay Sleight for a couple years for botox and filler. Every single time I go in with high expectations, and hoping I can explain exactly what I'm looking for. Gay is always on my same page. I feel that with Gay I pay less money and get more results.
I am so grateful for Amara! All the staff/my co-workers are wonderful and are all professional not to mention extremely dedicated to all of our clients! ❤
