Best Mexican food in Colorado Springs. We had some friends visiting from Texas who had the shrimp enchiladas and said that they were the best shrimp enchiladas they’d ever had. That’s saying something for a landlocked state! This place is a regular, go to for us, because we’ve never been disappointed with the food or service. Great for the family with kids or a date night.
