My sister in law ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday. They guaranteed delivery on her bday and that never happened. My sister in law called the next morning and expressed her displeasure. They didn't even apologize and there response was "what do you want me to do about it". No wonder your reviews online are so bad. Tried to keep it local and what a mistake!
Excellent service! I ordered FTD flowers on Monday before Mother's day. FTD calls me on Friday to tell me the local florist rejected my order and nothing could be done. I called Amanda's and I told them the story and they helped me out no questions asked. Thank you so much for your help. Jason
