Dr. Swingley listened to all of my concerns! And took notes about everything i mentioned talked to me about each of my concerns discussed my concerns more in depth and explained what the plan needed to be to better execute finding the changes that I have had ! And also brought some great insights on things I can try to start doing now to improve some of these issues!
Dr Swingley was very attentive ; and, interested in solving my complaints.
Felt like cattle. Didn't even physically check me out, just asked 2-3 questions and wrote me a script. Felt like she was behind and was using my appointment to catch up. I had to ask several clarifying questions. After taking the medication and it not helping I'm frustrated that im going to have to wait again to get my issue resolved.
She gathered information and that was it. No physical assessment of stomach, no education or recommendations given. Positives- diagnostics ordered, she is timely, and front desk staff was pleasant.
Dr. Swingley actually listened to what I was saying and we have a good plan moving forward. I was very satisfied with my visit and I highly recommend her.
