Dr. Smith is the absolute best. I am in healthcare as well and she always explains thoroughly and includes me in the decision making regarding my care. I have had different providers over the years in different specialties and none compare to the care that Dr. Smith provides.
I am writing this on behalf of Daniel "Alex" Luckey who sees Dr. Smith regularly. Having observed Dr. Smith's interactions with Alex, Dr. Smith is obviously a warm and caring and highly skilled She explains complex medical and pharmaceutical issues clearly and patiently and listens well to the patient's "side of the story." My impressions are echoed by Alex.
Has been my Best Doctor for Years. Researches your Profile before she sees you, does not rush you, has a great attentive Nurse, plus Helpful Ladies up front to help you check you in. Due to COVID they have you call her office number first. You must wear a MASK. Great System and Awesome Doctor! I am so Blessed to have found her
Very nice doctor who spent a little nag time with this new patient. Follow up 6 weeks after using her referrals. Her office staff was less friendly and didn’t make any eye contact which I found irritating. As a new patient, I received no warmth or welcoming from 2 of her CNA! ??
Dr. Smith is our pediatrician and she is fantastic. She is kid-friendly and incredibly sweet. She is both thorough but laid back, and doesn't unnecessarily prescribe antibiotics, which I appreciate. She explains things in an easy to understand way, without "dumbing" it down. As a mom of two young kids herself, she is very understanding.
