RecommendedI went in because I hurt my foot. Everyone was nice and courteous. I’m from out of town so it was good to feel like I was at home.
I don’t often write reviews, and I don’t often like doctors if I’m honest. But I’ve been to Amana Care Clinic twice in the last few days for a throat problem I’ve been having, and their staff has been the absolute GREATEST. I’ve never felt so cared for by a medical staff in my life. Everyone was so sweet and patient with me, even when I started to get nauseous. Awful clinic. Went in for an upset stomach. Left with them thinking I had covid. Come to find out I must of ate something bad. Now I’m on quarantine for no reason. They tested me for covid before I even seen the doctor! That clinic had their mind set on covid and no other diagnosis.

Had a great experience when I first moved to the area. 7 months later it was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had in healthcare. I work with physicians for a living and I have NEVER seen, in my opinion, such clinical incompetence! Alyssa is supposed to have a doctorate in Nurse Practitioner, but I would expect much more from someone who has that level of education. Great place to be seen. I've been to a few of the different walk in clinics in Davenport and this place is Amazing. Treated and released in an hour. Was asked minimal questions, treated with class and was always asked if I was comfortable. I will definitely be back if ever need to be seen and can't get into my family doctor. Thank you Amana.
