I have been going to Dr T for 6 years. I love her. Her new resectinist on the other hand NEVER answers the dam phone. She is soo unusful. The resectinist is the only reason I’m looking for a new doctor
Like others have said here & elsewhere the receptionist is awful. She doesn't clearly answer your questions, the phone almost never gets picked up, and she is terrible at getting prescriptions filled. It's been 4 business days and she has still not sent pre-auth to my insurance so I can get my scrips filled. Dr. Tanagho on the other hand is diligent, listens and answers all your questions.
NO ONE ever answers the phone here and they don't return phone calls! It's extremely frustrating. One time I was running late to an appointment and tried calling 5 times in 10 minutes-still no answer. I dialed as I was running up the stairs (thinking they were gone for the day) but both receptionists were there when I walked in. I told the doctor and she shrugged her shoulders and said "they were probably on the other line." Clearly they were not. Lazy staff. Unprofessional.
Dr. Tanagho has been a godsend. She is smart, and intuitive. She listens and acts quickly. She explains why she is recommending a drug or course of action which helps to set expectations. I had to go through several medications to get to the right one. She was always encouraging and honest about what I would go through...and I got there. She is a very sharp and knowledgeable doctor.
She is a terrible person. Barely speaks English. She should go back to school. Pill pusher
I would never recommend this office to anyone .
Doesn't listen and asks me what medicine I want
The young lady at the front desk was attentive, efficient and very personable. Dr. Tanagho was very professional and helpful. This was a first visit for me.
My daughter saw her and she was was horrible! ..waited two months to get into see her.. she never reviewed chart before ..was referred by her psychologist. Asked her about drug use Was told she used medical marijuana occasionally To sleep or calm her mind. she told her she couldn't help her because She was an addict. She has been upset for weeks Was supposed to have 35 minutes of her time and only got 8 minutes..asked for ? pay back..she refused.. unprofessional hurtful Unethical!!!!
