It's not easy to find, nor is it ADA friendly,. but the food is superb and the view from the 2nd floor is worth the climb if you can do it.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this gem on a whim. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't a clue where we were going. As a Portland native, I was pleasantly surprised to find a new place that I had never heard of. The grounds were well kept, the manor was rustic and beautiful, and the owner was an amazing host. We were misinformed about The Sunday Brunch. We thought it was $12 per person. My bill came to $153. Now I don't have enough money for rent. Not sure if I will be back.
The food, the service, the view, and ambience were all amazing. It was peaceful and relaxing. Every aspect of this restaurant other than parking was equal to or better than any restaurant I've been to. My wife and I had one of our best meals ever. --Not a place for young children-- they do have valet parking. We did brunch on Sunday.
