Wonderful place, gorgeous views, friendly and speedy staff. Mouthwatering food. Would recommend it for any occasion, whether small or large group. Romantic candles, flowers. All 3 levels of the restaurant with fireplaces are very cozy. Would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!!!
Haven't been recently but for years was there several times a year ... and absolutely love the place, the atmosphere, the food and the owner.

I was lucky enough to have my wedding ceremony and reception at the Amadeus!!! The staff was very attentive and helped me with all my needs. Food was amazing (as always) and my favorite part being there is the home like feeling you get. Very comfortable and great views. So unique and HIGHLY recommended!!!
This restaurant has gone way down hill. I hadn't eaten there in quite a while and suggested it for Easter Brunch. I was so embarrassed that I had made that choice. The eggs were cold. I asked for some coffee but it never arrived. We had to ask for water. Very few selections for food and only two for desert. The rug underneath our table was wrinkled to the point of tripping over it and it had slimy food on it from who knows when. It used to be nice and it does have a nice view. Way understaffed. Amazing experience here! – This place is truly wonderful, we enjoyed the old world charm of this beautiful home now converted into a Restaurant. We were greeted by the owner who was very sweet, and our server Jason was possibly one of the best waiter's in Portland. The food was truly spectacular and was paired with an excellent pinot noir, we were also given a tour of the place which made our evening even that more special. I will definitely come back here again, it was a very memorable, fun experience!
