I would recommend this company to everyone. On Sunday my A/C broke, Monday morning I called Always Winter, they came out within the hour, determined my A/C was no good and needed replacement. Had me up and running with a brand new unit before the end of the day. Very reasonably priced and excellent service.

They get one star because zero stars is not an option, but it is what they deserve. Horrible company! They are not trustworthy, do poor work, and, although they claim to guarantee their work they do not live up to it. I bought a top of the line unit, it was installed improperly, and I had nothing but problems with the unit. The technicians lied to me on multiple occasions, they either don't know what they are doing or they are intentionally deceptive. I will recommend this business to everybody. Not only have they made me feel valued as a customer with the customer service, but the prices are reasonable. They worked with me and financing and i am glad i called them. I have had them for 4 years now with a maintenance program they offer couldn't be happier with my choice. Plus happy cold wife happy life.

i always loved always winter they been servicing me for 5 years and they always been giving me great service just had my A/C fixed yesterday i was cooling right away these guys are the best when your A/C is down call ALWAYS WINTER

NOT RELIABLE. I have a 5 year old unit that I bought from AlwaysWinter. It's has had to be serviced several time for different reasons including replacing the evaporator after 2 years and the condencer motor after 3 years. Now, the motor needs to be replaced again! I had to call another company because they do not pick up or return any of my calls. BEWARE. Not a reliable business. BTW, they are not accredited by the BBB as they claim. I checked.

I was desperate Saturday night without a/c after having no response from my previous a/c company, I called Always Winter and received a response after the second ring, the lady was very courteous and had a technician in my home immediately, It was explained what my problem was (electrical failure), given a quote and had my unit up and running in no time. I will recommend Always Winter with no reservation and definitely have on my speed dial for the future.

On Sunday at 11pm I called always winter after trying 6 other "24 hr " ac companies. To my amazement they answered and actually sent out a technician out within 2 hrs which is understandable being the time I called. that's what I meant their service technician angel he was the most courteous,professional mechanic I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Looks good @ first but not so good after all Lie to get money the easy way.still get their service $$$ charge. Be careful!

I had an emergency on saturday afternoon, I called several companies but no one answer, I was able to speak with a lady at Always winter, they had someone at my house within an hour, the technician was very helpfull & was able to fix the problem, I was concern for the cost of the service due to the emergency but the price was very reasonable.
