I have been with Essential Care for 9 years now with a home care package. The workers they send me have all been lovely. I especially love that when I call, I'm not placed on hold or have to navigate numbers to get to the right person. I always speak to the same lovely women in the office and they know me and my services so I never have to be transferred or talk to multiple people. I recommend them to everyone I know
Essential Care has been providing showering support to my Brother with a severe disability through the NDIS for the last 5 years and I couldn't recommend them higher. All the staff are angels dressed as care workers and the ladies we have dealt with in the office have been beyond helpful. The owners have been here to shower my Brother before so he got his regular service time when his worker was off sick which I feel speaks volumes for the type of provider they are. All the staff at Essential Care that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with from the office staff to the care workers have been fantastic. Always friendly, professional and caring. After dealing with other service providers the team at Essential Care are the best, nothings to much trouble when I call them.
