I had Derick Kenny come out. I was so worried that this company would do that thing where they try to sell you a whole ac unit- I'm a single mom, single income. So I was sick all day thinking about the price. Yall... he called and said it was this and that... bout 150 dollars! And he was just nice anyway my son said. AND on time, didn't do that 8am-4pm then show up the next day at 7pm kind of thing. I know that's not always easy with mechanical issues because anything can come up. Still, awesome. Derick is always a joy when he comes and helps. He's been a lifesaver for our mini-splits which were installed incorrectly by another company, and without him I'm pretty sure our house would have burned down. He's always on time, happy to help, and explains everything he does. He also does a wonderful job cleaning up after he's done. I had this guy out from Always to fix all my plumbing as we moved into a fixer-upper. What a waste of my money and time he sat down there doing nothing and put one elbow in in my pipe mind you my pipes froze over the winter and there were brakes everywhere. This idiot put one corner elbow in and then said it was too much for him and said I owed him $300. Do not call this place.
