I had them help with laundry. I rarely had dried clothes delivered. One of the people who did my laundry walked off with my pods and dryer sheets. There was always a problem with payment for the laundry. We spent about an hour and a half once dealing with payment issues and finding a laundromat (couldn’t give the worker money which caused confusion every single time than last time I could give them money). As an army veteran and T11-level paraplegic, I have been a client of Earth Angels Home Care - Halifax for 18 years, as of November 2025. They provide me with a housekeeper twice a week for 3 hours. The housekeeper assists with laundry, changing bed linens, general apartment cleaning, and recycling/garage bag changes. They also help store groceries that I order via a grocery courier.
At present my wife and I have 2 wonderful, ladies, one of which has been with us for quite some time. They are invaluable at doing what we wish and they are very personable. They only have to be told once on what to do. They are very clean about themselves which is most important to us. Not to be forgotten is the office staff who are very delightful to talk to. They always do their best to satisfy our needs. Bravo Zulu to all of them.
