Only needed for a few nights post surgery recovery, but overall service and quality of care was excellent, could not have asked for better.
I have been working along side girls from Always Home in a private setting and none of the but 1 out of 8 girls in 6 months have any kind of training to do true personal care for elderly wanting to stay in their home and not go to long term care facility. They are more companions that expect to sit and do nothing all day. It's a joke and I wouldn't hire Always Home to look after my dog.
My mother is in the Hospital as a result of a care giver this company employed. This particular caregiver was caught in numerous lies. She was obsessed with my mother's medication, which was non of her business. The medication was prescribed by specialists. The caregiver ended up having criminal history. My mother had falls while in this person's care. I pleaded with a manager Jennifer Roullend to remove this care giver from my mother's home . She refused to remove and replace her.
