I am a caregiver for Always best care Michigan, I started working for them on March 19th of 2018 and I love the company I love my clients I have a few of them that I would like my family the job can be overwhelming at times and very sad and but it's also a blessing I really care for the office staff I like some of the caregivers that I know and course my clients like I said the job can be hard at times but it's rewarding also
I came to work for this company in November of 2017. I LOVE my job and my clients. It's more like a family then a job, and my clients deserve to be cared for like they are family.
I went in for an interview and I was told if I wanted a job I needed to change my hair color and take out my facial piercings. I was told that they weren't like other agencies by the woman working there she told me that they always have cases available. I saw many of their posts on indeed. I changed my hair color and took out my facial piercings went back in there for a meeting, they went over my availability and experience again.
