This company owes my family close to $10,000 for advance payments we made for my mother’s care. Even after admitting they owe us the money, they have ignored my calls and e-mails requesting our refund and are forcing me to take them to court. For a company that expects its customers to trust their family members to their care, their honesty and integrity are highly questionable. I will update this post if they return our money, but in the meantime I caution anyone to think twice before doing business with them.
