They did a really good job and the water pressure is better than ever. Greg got it done allot cheaper than the other companies.
Angelo was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done on every step of the job. The finished product was above and beyond what I had expected!
Came on time used booties before entering my home and fixed the problem.
John was very efficient and friendly. After snaking the clog he diagnosed the mysterious toilet bowl noise with some help from his office. Replaced the float assembly and all was quiet on the western front. Gave a written quote for a comfort hot water circulator. btw, I am a CA registered mechanical engineer and know a thing or two about plumbing. Would hire them again.

This was the only company I contacted where I spoke to Bob, the manager. He asked about my problem, gave me some possibilities. It was not an emergency but I was able to make an appointment within 3 days. Jeff, who came out, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very respectful. He explained everything thoroughly. As a woman, many repair"men" are condescending. We discussed options, he stopped the leak that day for the short run. For the long run, I needed some replacements.
