Greg came out to let me know what was wrong with my toilet. He immediately identified the issue and gave me an estimate. He also took a look at our other toilet and found that some bolts were loose and he tightened them up for free. We went ahead and agreed to get the work done and he was able to fix the toilets right then and there. Greg was very personable, professional, and really made me feel comfortable.
