What I thought was a backed up kitchen sink turned into major work. As they tried to figure out the cause, they kept me informed of estimated cost... which ended up changing quite a bit over a 4 day job. I was very impressed with their hard work and long hours to help fix my nasty backup.
Honest advice, I appreciate his professionalism very much. New house, broken kitchen faucet. I was told it would need to be replaced. This would cost up to $600. Steven reassured me it was an easy fix, even showed me how to look up the part and order it, delivery next day. He showed me step by step how to install the piece. Saved me a bundle of money! I was so proud of doing it myself, thanks to the honest advice of these guys.

It was a please. They were prompt, courteous and professional.
They are not affordable. They didn t provide a detailed invoice. I was quoted a price and when he arrived to replace toilet the price was $250 higher. All for a bidet which I found out later was $69.00 elsewhere. I was truly taken advantage of. I really needed the toilet replaced asap if not I wouldn t gone somewhere else.
I would use them again for any plumbing project
Had a toilet replaced. Soon discovered it was not level, and would rock back and forth. Tech came back and fixed it without charge, and as a bonus he gave us and installed a new supply valve and hose.
