Buyer Beware of anything associated with the name of this "developer." We recently purchased a renovated house from him, and we assumed far too much decency and professionalism. Alvin was incredible unresponsive to inquiries, negotiations, and obligations, which was problematic but much less offensive than the work done to the house.
