Outstanding. From my initial visit with him, thru follow-up testing, surgery, and now in the post op phase, Dr. Ngan would sit and walk me thru the entire process, answering my questions and concerns. His communication abilities are excellent, never once did I feel rushed to limit my questions. I waited 4 years to get this surgery done by the right Podiatrist, I am thrilled with the outcome.
Dr. Ngan did surgeries on both of my Achilles tendons over an 11 month period. I appreciate his conservative approach and his skill as a surgeon. I was in so much pain prior to the two surgeries - I am back to my normal activities again. He is very personable and I knew he cared about me as a patient.
Just had my ingrown toenail removed today thank you dr. Ngan! He was professional quick and pleasant.
