Very thoughful approach to my foot problem. Dd not jump to conclusions but tried to sort out the typical and atypical features of my complaint. Excellent explanation.

Amazing doctor!
I was very comfortable and confident in Dr. Ngan after meeting him. He was very methodical and patient with me, explaining details on the MRI's and paperwork. I look forward to proceeding with care under his direction.
If I could give zero stars I would. I Went by to pick up return to work accommodation paperwork. He immediately tried to insist on giving a steroid injection that was completely uncalled for. When I refused and just asked for the papers to get back to work instead, he became agitated, and then insisted on examining the injury (I was finally walking again without crutches after a five month wait). The doctor was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He provided me with the information I was looking for regarding treatment options for my issue.
Dr recommends $500 orthotics and does not help in getting information to work with insurance coverage. In trying to get help their staff just goes silent. Very poor customer service imo. They treat you like they the only place in town that can offer customer orthotics.
He was very patient and throughly explained the care plan.
Dr. Ngan was very supportive, very clear and an excellent clinician
