Dr Schoenberger has THE BEST bedside manor and is highly focused on the patient experience.
I have been a patient with Dr. Schoenberger for over a year. He delivered my first baby, and is always patient, responsive and communicative. Highly recommended.
He is knowledgeable and polite, however he made negative assumptions about the cause of my issues and based his medical advice upon his own assumptions rather than the evidence I tried to present him with specific dates and previous test results. When inquiring about long term concerns, I was provided with vague answers and the suggestion to 'use condoms'. Dr. Schoenberger delivered my son 34 years ago and he was wonderful then and he still is today. I think that he is very caring and I genuinely love his beside manners. I have always had a "WOW" patient/customer service experience every time I have been to his office.
My visit was rushed, he gave no indication as to what was going to happen during the appointment, and I ended up in tears before leaving the appointment.
Excellent! He is knowledgeable, caring, and open to working with my internist. Have been a patient of this practice since 1987.
Dr. Schoenberger is among the very best medical doctors out there. He is understanding, spends time with you, explains everything to you very clearly. And he is on top of everything. He is very diligent in contacting patients himself to report on medical issues, and returns calls immediately. He is easy to talk to, has a great "bedside manner," and is the kind of doctor that my late father, also an MD, would call "a doctor's doctor"--the kind other doctors go to. Excellent.
Dr. Schoenberger is a very caring and thorough doctor. I have recommended him to my friend and she loves him too.
I would recommend him as a doctor, but I have some issues I feel he is not showing an interest in discovering the cause instead opts to just treat the symptoms. It is okay to not always have the answers, but I need to see that the doctor shows initiative in solving the actual problem instead of just maintaining. Also, there were times where I felt judged which is sad, because it creates an environment to where you do not feel like you can be completely honest about your symptoms.
