My experience with Alvarez Plumbing Services does not warrant even 1 Star and turned out to be a total waste of time and rip off of $75 for the visit. This company tried to tack on extra fees when we requested work through our home warranty. Temp/pressure valves are already supplied with any new water heater but they wanted extra out of pocket. They also requested credit card info over the phone. When asked why and told we don’t feel comfortable supplying a CC # the owner was rude and refused the job. It’s Friday so they had us by the short hairs. We paid a service fee but our home warranty company didn’t recharge us so that’s good.
Alvarez is the best! Frank came immediately and fixed everything including a new water pressure valve! Thanks Frank. Linda F
This was my first experience with Alvarez Plumbing. Little Troy was exceptional! He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, answered all my silly questions, all while being patient, polite and professional. Clearly, Alvarez Plumbing is a company that cares about customer service and satisfaction.
