I made an appointment with Alvarez Plumbing for a stopped-up sink and leak. When the plumber arrived, he was not wearing a mask. I asked if he was vaccinated and he said no. I told him I am a high risk and he said I needed to find another plumber. I called the company and was told that vaccine disclosure is not required. RecommendedHighly recommend this company and their team of hard working professionals. The owners are hands-on and accommodating. Will call them with any future projects and refer friends.
Won’t come out unless you pay extra for travel, or have a big job. Apparently replacing leaking shower nozzles and broken tub spouts is beneath them. I called at least 4 times to schedule my service and their answer was always “we will get you on the schedule”. Very disappointed in the most recent service call from Alvarez Plumbing Services. I had trusted this company and had them at my house many times before. As an authorized contractor for my home warranty company, they were assigned a work order for my water heater. I had been without hot water for several days. The technician Erik was assigned my service call. He arrived and spent about 23 minutes at my house. He was able to get my water heater back up and going, but after he left it failed again. These guys were awesome. We had two huge underground leaks. we hadn't had water for days. They came in and were so professional and so awesome. I highly recommend these guys.
