Great communication
Brian Tuttle is amazing! I had been looking for a rare car for the past 6 months with other dealers. Within 2 weeks of meeting Brian and him learning of my needs, he found the car I had been searching for and got me a great price on it as well. To top that, he came in on his day off to make sure that I was taken care of during my car buying purchase. I recommend Brian Tuttle and Alvarez Lincoln/Jaguar for your car buying/searching needs. I will be purchasing my wife's next car from here as well.
The Car was listed on CarGurus for $25,835. I spoke to the internet sales person and on 10 August 2015 and I made a $500.00 deposit for purchase of the Car at the asking price. When I was scheduling a test drive prior to picking up the car on 11 August 2015, I noticed the price had changed to $ 29977. The salesman did not know anything about it until he asked the manager. He came back later and said they had to do some work on the car. I think that these people are dishonest and broke a legitimate contract with me.
The salesman was helpful and busy.

well, i never got to actually go to the yard and meet with Mr.Alvarez, but im sure he would have show excellent service to me, according to his prompt response when i wanted to come and take a look at the cars on he lot. he was very cordual and very professional.
