Steven was responsive and answered all of questions.
Quick text message back once I emailed my inquiry. The problem is that the salesman wouldn't stop bugging me. After not replying to his messages, he began calling me. He was thirsty, with a very pompous attitude. He was pushy, and was even irritated that I had to take 5 minutes to download my pre-approval letter. I left there with my fists clenched as I was treated so very poorly, the worst customer service I've experienced to this day.
Got what I wanted for my trade and also got a good price on my new Jaguar F type
Very professional, great to work with, we bought the car.
Josh is the best dealer and took the time to build a non pressured, honest relationship with us. He was very truthful about the car, called later that week to see how we liked it, and I would highly recommend your car dealership to all our friends. The finance person was awesome and it went very smoothly. It may seem corny but everyone felt like "family" when we finished our transaction.
