First time appointment for service to my XF 2015, and an outstanding impression and experience, in comparison with other dealers. Ivan the service avise excel on his professionalism, and the rest of the dealer personnel as well great experience. 1.- Integrity, 2.- Honesty 3.- Reliability, 4.- Fast Service. After I received the Dealer's 1st email, I emailed them last Tue (Wed?) and told them I would like to come on Thursday, 6/7. However, I did not receive the reply until Friday, 6/8. So I did not go to the Dealer.
I was able to negotiate and purchase the car over the phone and email. Although they failed to answer a couple of my questions they seem pretty up front. Of course they are a real dealer not a used car lot or specialty sales that won't budge on a way over priced car like some I have run into.. They were reasonable and happy to make a sale. Micaiah was extremely helpful and all in all it was a very good experience. The car is being shipped to me now, I hope it meets my expectations.
