I never thought I'd be the person leaving a long dental review but here we are. My husband and I went through three different dentists in San Diego before finding Dr. Najm at Alvarado Dental and honestly it was exhausting. Every single one of them felt off. Overpriced, vague about costs, and just gave us that weird sketchy feeling where you don't really trust what they're telling you.
