The staff was very friendly and made me feel like I had been going there for years! Each person made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day. I appreciated their kindness, knowledge/expertise, and overall compassion. The office is very well decorated with a modern fresh vibe and makes you feel comfortable and right at home. Altoona Smiles makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

I enjoyed my time.. Alex and Dr. E are so warm and friendly. It's a feeling of part of a family, getting caught up. Alex helped answer my questions and concerns and put me at ease.
Dr Eric & his staff are very professional and pleasant. I feel that I receive the best and most compassionate care possible.
I needed to have my last remaining wisdom tooth removed. Needless to say, I was nervous since the first three were extremely painful 20 years ago. Dr Eric did an awesome job and it was accomplished without pain. :-)
The staff is amazing! They are very personable. Albeit going to the dentist is not among my top 10 favorite things to do, Dr. Nicole and her staff make the process a little more bearable and they really do care about what is best for their clients and creating and maintaining those relationships.
From the moment I walk in the front door of Altoona Smiles to the moment I walked out the door I had a superior experience. The staff is very skilled and friendly. Dr. Eric is always top rated! We drive from Sully because you guys are the best. Our entire family of 7 loves you all! Thank you!
