Always a pleasant experience with the staff. Their focus on customer service and ensuring a great experience every time, really shows. There is a reason that I travel 30mins just to go to Altoona Smiles for my dentist appointments. They are great and are my recommendation to all of my friends and family.
Dr.Eric and the rest of his team - thank you so very much for getting me in and taking care of my tooth that was killing me! You all take time to listen and "You do listen to your patients" and you relate to us. You and your whole team genuinely care about your patients and do whatever you can to make us comfortable. You don't take my insurance, but I continue to come to you because, I know I am just not another number to you!
Most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist. Nicole was very thorough touching on many things none of my past dentists have ever touched on. I appreciated her suggestions and helpful words. I will definitely be back!

I came for a cleaning and as usual had a great one. Everyone is very kind, friendly and professional. The office is clean as one would expect and those are some of the reasons my husband and I have chosen Altoona Smiles as our dental office.
Services received are always efficient and performed extremely well. Dr. Eric and the rest of the staff members at Altoona Smiles always treat me like a friend, not only a patient and I actually look forward to my dentist appointments. :)
I am so thankful for this establishment. They keep things simple, yet I know they provide a good service. I am grateful for their knowledge of my past medical/oral history and they take that into consideration. Everyone is nice from the receptionist, hygienist, dentist, to the checkout lady.
Everyone is cheerful and friendly. Wonderful people and excellent care of my teeth.
