RecommendedVery good service and friendly staff. We have been customers for 25 years and have never had a bad experience. Had an express oil change today that was handled by Stacey at the service desk. No problems at all and the service was done quickly. Always recommend Courtesy Ford to friends.
After purchase of a used diesel truck I find out injectors are bad and need replacing. This is less than 30 days from purchase Courtesy will not stand behind it or do anything nor will the warranty that they pushed saying will cover everything. It’s not worth the paper it’s wrote on and the dealership expects us to pay thousands to fix truck we haven’t had long enough for first payment to be made
