RecommendedCame in through the express lane to get oil change. Stacey Chaney is Great explaining the stuff that I need done to my vehicle after the Oil change. I greatly recommend getting oil change at Courtesy Ford (Altoona).

The service department at Courtesy is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They are welcoming, explain everything that was done or has to be done thoroughly. They really care about their customers. There’s a service area for oil changes. Stacey Chaney does a great job overseeing that area. She’s always pleasant, offers drinks, snacks if I’m waiting. We worked with Dalton Price on purchasing our new truck. He is awesome and the whole crew at Courtesy were wonderful to work with. We actually live closer to State College and drove to Altoona because of the Ford dealerships in SC and the bad treatment from them.
