Kerry was great to deal with and found us exactly what we were looking for, he even came in on his day off to show us a vehicle. All transactions for actually purchasing the vehicle were smooth and everyone in the show room was friendly and helpful. Little can be said for the service department 😔 they're slow as heck and have some unfriendly staff, hopefully improvements can be made there. Courtesy Ford Altoona helped me out so much! Due to unfortunate circumstances I was left without a car and needed one pretty quickly. They were quick to find a car in my price point. I had a 2015 Subaru legacy and I wasn't a huge fan... I gave JD an insane task of hooking me up with a newer car with less miles...AND lower payments. it took us a few days but I gotta say he came through! I love my 2016 Kia Soul!
